Missing Dll Files

Ok, so, here's the deal, About 6 months ago, I purchased C&C The First Decade  and after a whole lot of trouble got all the games to work except Tiberian Sun becasue of this missing Dll files proble...

Could someone plz just run me through how to install The Ultimate Collection so that everything works...I am running on a 64 bit system as admin and through origin.
