missing games..... WTF... I am madder than ever now....

I'm sorry to hear you're unable to find your games. Please note that you can contact EA Help Support and provide them with the product code for your purchase and they should be able to assist you in finding the games.

@sweldon001 Note that all games in The Ultimate Collection are now grouped together with their expansion packs as single items.

So if the missing items are simply the expansions, they are still there, even if they aren't specifically indicated in the list. Simply install the base game, and you will get the choice to play the expansion when launching it.
