If your alliance tab is not loading it is most likely related to the server not responding in time to your request or an invalid request. What you can do is switching internet connections (cellular to WiFi and the other way around), completely closing your game and restarting it and clearing your device cache. How to clear your cache depends on your device. You find all troubleshooting steps in our help articles: iOS and Android
I have done all this and it still does not work. I am still getting the messages "services are temporarily unavailable"
