My Command and Conquer Registration code is already in use.

Question

I bought this game last year and i couldn't get it to work because my computer wasn't up to spec. now I have a new computer and installed this game. When I get to the registation code enter I put it in and it says its alreay in use. I bought this game from walmart so its like brand new. I have 2 Origin accounts but the game is not in either one. Nor will either one let me get past the registation code. How do I fix the issue with it so I can finally play this game?&nbsp;
