NETWORK option not working FIX FOUND
For gamers like myself that love to play video games with their friends Red Alert 2 Command and Conquer is one of my favorites. Some users like myself may have found that the NETWORK game play option is not working properly. After contacting support and they weren't able to help me find a solution I searched the web. There is a patch that was created to fix this problem i will post the link and his post so you can find the right one. Download the patch and extract it into your Red Alert Two Folder or into your Ultimate Collection Folder this will fix the problem.

- TS/RA2 Network DLL Patch v1.00 created by Scorpio9a (Kevin van Gool) (DLL)
This allows you to play Tiberian Sun and Red Alert 2 LAN and online games on Windows XP and Windows Vista, without needing to install the IPX protocol.
Simply put this file in your TS/RA2 folder.
WARNING - this DLL causes problems with online play. It is advised to rename it or move it to a different folder to play online, and only install it for playing LAN games.
That's my site... you're welcome 😉
There is an additional issue with the Origin versions not writing a game serial into the registry, which causes the game to complain about the serials on the network not being unique. More information on that can be found here:
