Well, that is always the problem with any new unit: It will be seriously underlevelled when compared to units that you have been using for a long time. Sure, they want you to buy their overpriced bundles to overcome this problem that they have designed themselves. Those clever bastardş. 😉

They want money, why not include the option to watch advertisements to get rewards. The advertising company gets to pay them and the game gets to pay the account that's viewing the advertisement some credits. Right now, I have never run into a scavenger, but would like to see the unit get balanced. Having 10 credits per kill is quite cheap, even for an expensive unit like a tech unit. For every scavenger preset, a kill unit should yield 25% of the resources used on the killed unit. If a unit costs 120, you will get 30 for each scavenger present, capping at 50% as not to exploit the amount of tiberium present.
