NOT RECIEVEING MEDALS AFTER WIN

Product: Command & Conquer: Rivals
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung s7 edge
OS Version 0.91.0
What is your Player ID? Dubious
What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Summarize your bug It just started after my two last wins, I went back to check my replays and it said I got zero medals
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know. If I'm the only one having this problem then I would be hard to say, just play some matches and check you medal winnings.

    Also email I used was EA.help only response I got Everytime was we look into the bugs but won't respond about bugs

    So have no way of knowing if it's taken seriously or not

    Well been a week no response, this reason I quit spending money.

    Still find it funny I got a survey asking me why I quit spending money and if I think I'll spend more in future.

    Hey @WADofFORCE, this should be fixed in our last update, please ensure you have updated to the latest version of the game. If it's still occurring, can you please provide your Persona ID found in Settings > About so I can investigate further. Thanks!
