Overheating!
I’m unable to play the game for long periods. I played on the XS and the 11. Gets super hot and game gets a laggy.....

EA QV TeamHey @LA0ZY thanks for reaching out. For how long can you play before your devices get hot? And do you have other apps running in the background? Has this become more noticeable with a particular update either to the game or OS?
It’s been going on for every update. I would say 40 mins or so. I’m running on IOS13. I like playing with high graphics. Maybe I need to turn it down if I play for long periods?

Thanks for the additional info @LA0ZY. Is that 40 mins solid? I guess that is a long time and will naturally be hard on the device as the game is graphics heavy. We will investigate this further but in the mean time, best thing to do is probably take a mini break halfway through? Also do you play with your screen on full brightness?

I strongly doubt LA0ZYs playtime of about 40min straight is the source of the issue here, unless there are different versions of CNCR for different phones.
OP states he is playing on iPhoneXS and iPhone11.
Im playing on iPhone7.
I have several times played for several hours straight, both after and prior to updating to iOS13 with no overheating of any kind.
As far as i can tell my iPhone7 doesnt compromize any graphics either ( like iPadAir does with for example the ‘irridecent’ skins ) and all graphics/ textures/ shaders appear and look nice.Im not nessesarily saying the issue lies with CNCR either.
It might be that those specific models process, or have hardware that process, data in a different way ( than my iPhone7 for example ) leading to overheating.
As we dont know what other Apps or processes run or are enabled in the background of OPs devices, there very well might be other Apps or processes that are contributing to or leading to this heat buildup. As both of OPs devices are experiencing this issue maybe there is a common App or ‘setting’ that is lurking somewhere.
Only other thing i can think of is if the climate/ weather is hot.
