To a degree yes. It says 10% chance to get extra 100 cards for shatterer, did 20 and only one showed up. Now I know 10% chance isn’t guaranteed with every 10 purchase. But the limit was set to 20 purchases max.
Now that I can’t say I’m not regretting doing so.wouldve done so much more with the diamonds if with clone lab. Jokes on me man lol

My alliance member played this against me it's not that bad at least each shot kills one man in the squad. As for hp, it's a light vehicle oneshot by orca/stank.
