RA2 and Yuri's revenge Ultimate Collection

Ra2 plays fine but Yuri's revenge is slow? What can I do to improve game speed?

I do not believe it is the processor or game card I7- 4770 and a GTX 760.

Would love to hear solutions for this problem.
