Hello folks,

First off, let me correct a misconception here: mrtnptrs is not an EA representative. We are in the process of changing the ranking system so that is clearer to everyone. EA community managers on Answer HQ wear my special avatar. Their name is also appearing as "EAFirstname" instead of a regular nickname. Developers from our studios usually have the studio's logo as avatar.

Answer HQ is not a direct support platform, it's a place where our gamers can share their expertise. For instance, in this case, what mrtnptrs was trying to tell you is that you should get in touch with our Game Advisors through the Contact Us page, so they can investigate and provide you with a working code.

Make sure you are logged in, select "C&C 4 Tiberian Twilight" as product, "Account/Registration" as an issue, and below help articles you will be presented with contact options (that may vary depending on the time of day/country your account is set to).

    I need to ask have you actually tested this solution out? Surely a simple email address could make things  easier.

    Or at least post the solution link on here because it is clear to everyone that EA help is a joke.

    Tired what you said and no help. EA has become a joke for support. Ive had this problem since 2011 and still never got help.

  • @eafrancois Funny that you tell us to contact a game advisor. I got connected to both Jonathan and Chad, guess what they did? They didn't reply at all. They opened with "Thanks for contacting EA Customer Experience, my name is [name]. How may I assist you today?" and that is all they did, I waited thinking it might be some connection issue, but they are deliberately ignoring me. Haven't gotten any help still and I've paid 10 euros for nothing. Great job EA.

    I looked for that option. Didn't find it. I keep finding troubleshoting for crashes and black screens.Can I talk to someone real time rather then surf articles all day?

    there is no issue resolving the problem on this Page! its doing my head in... can anyone just put somekind of answer of how to resolve the issue, NOT just putting useless Links up..

    This is F'ng BS. I buy a used game for my Nephew, they don't tell me at EB Games that I will have to apply for another Serial Code, now you want to charge me $10.00 more dollars plus wait over 2 weeks to get it back in the mail.. Scamming Assholes all of you. He's dumping all his EA games.   OBTAINING A REPLACEMENT REGISTRATION CODE
    The following information applies to the North America territories only.  If you are not using a North American version of your game you must consult your manual for the proper policies and information.

    Misprinted or Invalid Serial/Registration Code Replacement:

    If you meet one of the following criteria, and you are within the 90 day warranty period, you can send a request to Electronic Arts for a replacement serial/registration number.

    • Conditions
    • The serial/registration number is illegible or missing characters.
    • The serial/registration number is not printed on the lower left portion on the back of the jewel case, inside the jewel case, or on the back of the manual.
    • A Technical Support Representative deems the serial/registration number provided with the game as invalid.

    When sending a request for a replacement serial/registration number, please include the following:

    • Items & Information to Send
    • The original insert from the back of the jewel case displaying the invalid or misprinted number, or the manual displaying the invalid or misprinted number.
    • Explanation of the situation
    • First and Last Name
    • Return Address
    • Email Address
    • Phone Number

    Lost or Missing Serial Replacement:

    • The original serial/registration number has been discarded or lost

    When sending a request for a replacement serial/registration number, please include the following:

    • Money order or personal check for $10.00 USD per serial/registration number requested.
    • MAKE THE CHECK PAYABLE to Electronic Arts.
    • Note: If you are requesting serial/registration numbers for a collection pack, the $10.00 USD fee will cover numbers for all of the games included in the package.
    • Proof of Purchase - located on the game’s manual. If you do not have the manual available, send a photocopy or picture of the game disk to verify ownership

    and what do you do if you bought the game second hand? I bought it from a pawn shop and the key is already claimed. and ea wont do anything about it

    It's great and all that EA representatives think that the help page is helpful, but it is not. I had this same problem, went immediately to contact help at around 10 in the morning on monday, and I have yet to receive a response. My "case" says it is still connecting me to an EA representative. So what, was everyone at EA fired?

    hey i jsut tryed to go to the cotact ea to try and fix my problum but cammand and conquer 4 tiberian twilight isnt there please help

    Hey there... EA I have paid this game ! i have read the contract  which i have accepted since i earn the game.

    My CD-Key is in use,... and i have no software issues installation issues and so on....it is not my problem, you EA must fix it, i want my money back or a new code

    i go to my lawyer if i dont get any of this two things,....cause we have a contract EA. If i dont get any responding via the answeres HQ or via mail you will get a letter 

    from my lawyer cause you offend against our contract !
