I bought the Ultimate Collection and couldn't play C&C 4 because it wouldn't take the cd key. Matching the game login to my Origin account worked like a charm
The EA help site was of no use and after a long time searching I never did find an email address or support ticket system. These companies need to learn that forums should be a supplement to support, not a replacement.
