You can't just switch the game language. See, the German version is a specific different version because of German censorship laws. Normally, you can only get the German version if you bought the game when you were in Germany, since they're not allowed to sell the English version there, again because of the censorship thing.
If this is indeed the case, and you are living in Germany, there's very little you can do. If you think you got this German version by mistake, I suggest you contact EA tech support through help.ea.com and get a chat session with a live representative. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things. This is a mostly volunteer-driven forum; most of the people who lend a hand around here (like me) aren't actually EA employees.
