Thank you for your time in responding. I just have a few questions/points to address on this.
Why would this be a bug only showing up now, after a few months of no issue? I don’t mean to argue (realizing just now how disingenuous that statement is...), but the fact that this is a new problem, which manifested itself twice in two days after two months of never happening, practically screams ‘bug!’ Also, if this is an issue which you are aware of, that means that it is a bug affecting others as well, and might just be something EA should fix.
Considering the nature of Rivals, as a mobile app, network connectivity and cellular connection are hardly going to be a constant. For instance, I regularly play this game in as many different locations and on as many different networks/connections as I have fingers. If this new bug is anywhere near prevalent (hit me at about a five to ten percent rate yesterday and today, so I guess so), I can’t be the only one who is frustrated with this.
If I had to make a guess, this bug is fixable. Okay, so really, there’s no guess about it. The team should be able to easily address such a simple issue. If not, perhaps EA needs new programmers.
Finally, as a paying customer, I respectfully expect better than this.
