It is now 12 days and there is no indication as to what the problem is or when the problem will be sorted out. I just want to say to EA that your attitude and service is totally unacceptable and that there are hundreds out there that feel the same way.
I just want to paint an analogy. If your car is broken down and you take it to an expert. At the end of a reasonable time period, which can range from a matter of hours to a few days, one would be informed as to what the nature of the problem is and what it would take to resolve the problem by way of time and resources.
In this particular case, 12 days down the line, we as loyal customers do not know what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Further the response has been so slow and vague. THE QUESTION THAT IS BEGGING IS , DOES E A REALLY CARE ??? Judging from what i have observed E A does not.
