No its not forbidden, and after playing on them for nearly a year it suddenly does this, they have told me its an ongoing problem, they told me it would be fixed in a few days that was nearly two weeks ago, also you can sign in to your account but on the page you press play, the play button will not take you to the game it just reloads to the same page.
