Hey @vldsb thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately that is how the Vault works, it is  not a bug. Once it's full, it's full. It's up to you to decide when to open it and maximize the bonus cards you receive. You will still have received all the original cards from your crates but miss out on the additional bonus cards. Hope this clears it up for you!
