Ive tried windows 98/ME, XP SP2/3, Vista and 7. Also no compatability. All same result. Just an interesting point. YURI.exe is locked in windows 95 compatability. Unable to change! Possibly something to do with it?
You might be able to remove the compat modes directly via the registry, make sure you are logged in as adminitrator. Take care of Game.exe and Gamemd.exe too
I navigated to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers
Deleted the entries for RA2 and YR. Although Yuri.exe was shown as XP SP3 in there. It is still in windows 95 compatibility and unselectable 😕mileymad:

EDIT: Interestingly I cant take a screenshot ingame. It just shows the desktop
Check HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE for the global compat settings 🙂
That cleared it perfectly. Just still cant get it to work. I think I'm going to give up on this cause, I've lost patience with it 😕mileyvery-happy: Thanks for the help anyway, its just a shame EA couldnt have been a bit more helpful.
