Red Alert 3: Can't play online

Change your online id to numbers or something else I entered random numbers like 102938409 instead of my regular online id and I am in

 i buy 2 times Red Alert 3 

1.    01.02.2012   [edit: email address removed]  but i idid cant join online  

2. later i again buy 2. times 02.04.2012 red Alert 3 but this time Turkey Distribitor 

and i download origin and later i registired 05.04.2012 [edit: email address removed]    08.06.2012 [edit: email address removed]  origin my games 

but now i cant join 3 days Red Alert 3 online server . 

and later i look this in here accunt order history i didnt see 

and i cant join Red Alert3 online server 

pls help me

I would love an answer to this. I buy a product and i expect it work as advertised. 

Haven't been able to play online in awhile, due to thsi error.

A solution i found on the steam community is to just change the username to something else random, and keep trying. UberJumper2, UberJumper3 didn't work, but catdog2 did.

I am new to online Red Alert 3 and when I try to log in it says "Specified account or subaccount was not found" I use my E-mail, Password and my ID, but still won't let me log in! 

Assistance is needed all help is appreciated.

I just gave up after about 10 attempts. And the emulated LAN work-around doesn't seem to work either, altho that does seem like the way to take if EA is still unable to resolve the issue.

Since last Sunday have been receiving a similar message when trying to connect online. "Disconnect notification: The specified account or subaccount wasn't found"

Prior to this connection had been fine. Even created a new account tonight - Registered without trouble while in Red Alert - then when attempting to connect online the same message came up. 

Internet connection seems fine and haven't had any interuptions in service.

Any reg keys or game files that might have become corrupt....?!

I add game on Origin (Write key), but nothing ...
