Red Alert 3: Can't play online

Getting "Cant connect to red alert 3 online"

First encounter of connection issue: 12/30/13 ~11:30pm-1:00am EST

Origin ID: southpawFrenzy

region: North America (Atlantic)

ISP: Verizon Wireless

I have tried logging on using the previously stated workaround of using only lowercase letters for the online ID, and using a string of random numbers for the online ID and after a number of failed attempts have ceased trying. I bought the game through Steam on 12/25/13 and the game version is 1.12. I'm able to log on to my EA account through the EA website and I have registered the account on Origin. I have also used the CD Key provided through steam to redeem the product code through my Origin account. Every attempt to connect to Red Alert 3 Online with a different online ID generates a game specific identity on my Origin account tied to Command and Conquer, and generates an EA persona with that online ID yet it still says "Cannot connect to Red Alert 3 Online". Any prompt resolution to this issue would be greatly appreciated as the Co-Op feature is quite irritating with an AI.

The random numbers ID workaround fails to solve the problem.

Strangely, when I used 12345 as the ID, I received a message that the ID was already in use.

This post was in September and here we are many months later and nothing has changed.  Hire me and I will fix the problem!

I redeemed code at origin, email verify.

port open. fire wall close. antivirus disable.

just changed origin ID into 94091210. still not working

Same, I can't log in ether, I have a feeling it has something to do with GameSpy Closing, It uses GameSpy to find the accounts.

GameSpy closed its doors the same year people started reporting the problem, I have a feeling its cause GameSpy Is gone, People can't log in, Please fix the problem any way you can.
