red alert 3

Question

hello,ive been trying to play red alert 3 on hp laptop with windows 10 and keep getting the directx 9.0 error message i have put a picture up of the error

but tried all the advise i have seen online to try and fix it any ideas or does anyone know what would be a good laptop to get to run red alert 3 on and it will work ??

Please download and install https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 That should install the files needed to avoid this error. Please let me know if this helped so I can help you out further if it didn't.
