Red Alert Package

Hello, I recently downloaded the Red alert/ Command and Conquer game package. I have two problems. The Command and Conquer Tiberian Wars game will not work properly. When I click on the menu to start the game. The menu is not visible, but clickable. I can click on invisible items and start the game, but I cannot see those Menu screens and items to save or exit or access the controls for the game. It is the same for both games in Tiberian War.

Second problem is in Red Alert 3 Rising. The expansion pact game does not work properly. Starting the campaign and first Mission with the Soviets will not allow me to move the selected units on the screen. I can click them or select the group, but they will not move no matter what action I preform. Ive tried deleting the game and re-downloading it for both games. The problem still occurs every time. Please help solve this problem. I am a huge fan of the Red Alert and Command and Conquer games. I have been playing them ever since they've come out. All my CDs are scratched and this is the only way I can relive that wonderful gameplay. Thank you
