Registration code already used

I just bought Command and Conquer 4 online and tried to play. The game wouldn't let me play because the registration code was already being used by the previous owner. Please help!

EA has not supported the resale of registered games for as long as they have had a central registration system (many years now), sorry.

I am the original buyer of the product. I tried to register the product a year ago didn't think it worked. I tried to do it again website says the registration code has been used. what can I do?

Please don't recycle old threads for your issues.

As for your problem...

This is a mostly volunteer-driven forum; most of the people who lend a hand around here (like me) aren't actually EA employees. For issues like this, I suggest you contact EA tech support through help.ea.com and get a chat session with a live representative. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.
