Registration key doesen't work

Hi, I am trying to reinstall Command and Conquer Tiberian Twilight after several years and it says that my registration code has been used already?!?!  Aren't these resusable?  What can we do about ...

@stevepion1 Hi, the codes aren't re-usable, but yours should still be associated with the account you used when you played the game first. 

If you're having trouble finding/accessing this account, please contact support: http://help.ea.com/en/article/contact-ea-help/


They can verify the necessary info and assist as appropriate.

Hi,

Thanks so much for your reply.  I have since resolved it by calling EA.  It seems I had more than one account and it was causing a conflict.
