EA QV TeamHey @Sorolei thanks for reaching out. I've seen this pop up before and it's usually fixed by reinstalling. Do you have your account linked in some way? Either to email, Facebook or Google Play Games? If so, I'd try uinstalling the game, restarting your device and then installing the game again. If that doesn't work let me know. Do you happen to know your Persona ID? a 13 digit number found in Settings > About. Or your in game name?
@MatJaggard thanks for reaching out too. Your issue looks a little different, can you tell me how often this occurs? Have you tried clearing your cache recently and see if that helps?
