Since Black Friday event completion, packages can no longer be collected

This happened to me too.  Immediately after the message of event completion, my account on Wrath 1 quit working.  I was logged into Wrath 1 when the notification went up, and I could no longer collect packages or attack forgotten camps.  My other account is working fine, but Wrath 1 is still completely broken.

Problem seems to vary from world to world... World 88 is playable but world 25 is totally hosed.

Have tried Windows, Linux, Chrome, Firefox, w/ extensions, w/o extensions & World 25 is unresponsive after login. I'm bleeding CPs and the whole special black friday runtime discount is slipping away as world 25 is totally unplayable. Thanks for the great holiday gift!

Indeed, I was unable to collect packages in Closed Beta 3 and World 62. I just checked again and the latter is fixed but Closed Beta 3 is still messed up. Every few minutes it also displays "Cannot move here. Camp is under attack." and the messages keep stacking one over another. First I though clicking OK didn't work but then I tried to move that message "window" and it turned out there was another one underneath. I clicked a lot of OKs to get rid of all, then under all those messages I got another one: "You were disconnected from the server."

CB3 was like this all day and it's still unplayable. I can't attack either. Oh well...

Same issue on World 83. Worlds 86, 100 and 107 seem fine. Can't even play 83 without being disconnected. especially if I try to collect resources manually.

Anybody know if EA is working to fix this? Anybody find a path through their godawful support pages to actually achieve human contact?

It was weekend so I guess they only focused on the worlds that get them the most money. They will most likely fix the rest of the worlds in the following days. It's one of those things that you should never do: "deploy/update/patch Friday". Anything that goes wrong will blow up right in your face. :P
