Suddenly, my account is gone....

Today I attempted to log in to my CCTA account to play. The site would not accept my user and/or PW. Then it said I needed a longer PW than the one I had always been using. So, I changed the PW.

Now, I cannot access my base, and the game is treating me like a new user just starting off.....

Where is my existing base.........

HELP.....

    Called EA tech support in Austin, TX...

    Turns out my account got hacked. Guy there straightened it all out. Amazing, I put in an email request to be contacted about the problem. Within 5 minutes I was called at home, and the tech stayed on with me for about 25 minutes getting everything corrected.... he was AWESOME.

    It looks like you might have been trying to log in with a different address, and then pretty much just signed up anew. Would that be possible? 🙂
