Can’t do that while driving. ☹️
Then consider reading slowly, or when your not driving. You might need bigger text cause your eyes move so fast. I bet you can micro so good that you can easily do @xMaksuss' strategy of wheels and lasers. You micro your way for a swift victory. No harvesters, just those 2 units. Its possible with GDI, but the dog is not strong enough.

I’m very happy with my deck. Don’t like wheels. I can run no harvester too. It’s even better now with a venom instead of the buggy. You just gotta keep your units cheap.

Well, your quite comfortable with your deck. But what if there's a cabal war games and not all your units are in the selection? This is where flexibility comes in, you could like replace the banshee for an inferno or venom for a buggy or chem buggy. You might also want to try using the giga cannon instead of the scorpion tank.
I got an idea for a flexibility exercise that would only work if you have all your units within similar levels like level 8's and 9's and so on. You start with any deck you want as either GDI or Nod. You then play a match and if you win, you must use your opponent's deck on the next match. If you lose, you still get to keep the current deck, and you could choose whether or not you want to switch factions. Basically, you have to know how to use the most common units of the game from the pit-bull, to the scorpion, to the laser squad and talon.

I‘ll just play with what I have or don’t play the cabal game at all. It’s really that simple. Just like I don’t participate in all the races. Why should I learn to play units that I do not want to use? Then I’ll be stuck leveling them up just to be grudgingly use them. What’s the sense in that?

It's your choice, not mine. Recently, I've managed to test a deck that's meant to be a no-harvester deck that was derived from @xMaksuss' wheels and lasers. It has officially become my 3rd deck, and I even included the mammoth/avatar. You could also use it if you want, the only units you need to raise are the cyber-wheel and the war dogs.
The deck is composed of militants, lasers, cyber wheels, attack bikes (or their GDI counterparts) and 2 other units. I used the tick tank and a tech unit. I'm not certain if the avatar would be the 6th one. You'd probably have enough tiberium if you keep on attacking the enemy's harvester constantly to the point you can pump out expensive units.
I played with this deck on one of my two accounts, EinarThePillager. You can find him by checking your friends list, selecting BarneyTheDino, viewing the account's alliance, selecting the other account name in the roster and check the replays. The 3rd deck started as a prototype that was used against a player named Kunce.
