The vault is not adding cards when you open crates and it goes over 300

Product: Command & Conquer: Rivals
Platform:Android Phone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) Samsung Galaxy S9
OS Version 9
What is your Player ID? vladMTL#nhqckr2f
What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Hi, Each time you open crates if you`re not careful with the math, whatever goes over the 300 that can go in the vault, will be 100% lost afterwards ... I have lost hundreds of cards like this and there is no way to open the vaults in between opening crates which will open all at once no matter what. Those things cost money and I`ve lost quite a lot lately because of this bug. Regards, Vlad
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fill the vault yourself with lets say 280 cards and then open a few epic crates and see the results ... all that goes over 350 cards from opening the epic crates will be 100% lost.

    Hey @vldsb thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately that is how the Vault works, it is  not a bug. Once it's full, it's full. It's up to you to decide when to open it and maximize the bonus cards you receive. You will still have received all the original cards from your crates but miss out on the additional bonus cards. Hope this clears it up for you!
