I have played this game since the beginning. I kept on advancing, sometimes I would go down sometimes I would go up but I always kept being higher than i would go down. Since the last update I cannot advance, I only keep dropping. Some of you will say "you just suck and you can't play". Then my question is how did I get to 11 level troops for the most of my armies or at least 10 level. How come last season this time I was twice as high up the ladder than I am right now. I keep switching my tactics I keep changing up my troop rotation. It doesn't matter, I just keep slowly going down. I can't advance to the next league at all. EA games sucks and they are corrupt. If you don't want to spend money they will specifically put you down into the ground and stump on your *.

This game's matchmaking is putting lower level people up against higher level people. it may be intentional to make people want to spend money to get unit levels equal to their opponents who are dominating. This has nothing to do with skill. The game is matching me with people who have way higher level units. It's like playing Tiberium Wars with handicap turned on.

I am at tiberium right now with my deck having two level 11 units(my first 11s) and four level 9 units. If i can beat level 13s with these levels im sure you can too. Practice makes perfect. Strategy games are not easy.

That's not how our matchmaking works seems to be the most common answer yet all I receive is an overwhelming amount of opposition from my opponents. Must be me all by myself.

Sounds like they are doing this deliberately.

You are playing against better players now. In the beginning you were playing against players that were learning the game and learning the new units that they just unlocked.

Now the players you play against are veterans. If you are doing 50/50, you are in good shape.

@luiscyfferWhich league are you at? I´m not a supporter of what EA does to this potentially great game, by raise the price (of dias) with like every update they release.
There are tons of other possibilities why you were higher than "you just and you can´t play".
Starting with not reading the Changelogs, trying to beat this game without a strong alliance, deny to learn and not doing the basics what and analyse replays and learn from them. Ending up by facing a bigger amount of good/better Players in combination with frustation and bad mind set.
I´m got my first few lvl 11 Units now and playing completely for free, still moving up Master League, much slower cause of missing x2 Challegenes and Series, but I climb up. It´s definetly not an EA or Game thing you are not moving up.

I'm in platinum league gdi and diamond league nod. After I was dropped down end of last season (where i excelled). Now i just keep dropping to minimum where i can't go lower. I keep rotating troops and changing tactics end result i keep loosing.

@luiscyfferand you´ve lvl 10 units? You should really look for an active Team which gives Feedback and help to Players stucking in such a Situation - providing you take Feedback and are willing to learn from even negative Feedback.
Rotation and strategy changing might be helpful, but they´re not the key for everything. Your Decks might be balanced out enough or your strategies are to preidctable.

Like I said, " You are playing against better players." It is not a conspiracy to make you pay more.
I hit Masters league last season. I couldn't get further than level two. The players there were much more skilled then in the other leagues.
After the reset we all got dropped down to Diamond league. There I faced all the same skilled players that were in Masters league trying to get back to Masters. I lost a lot. I was finally able to get back to Masters league because they all made it out of Diamond league before me and the only thing that I was left with facing were the real people of diamond league so I was able to get out.
Now I'm back in Masters facing the same skilled players that I had a hard time with.

Yes, you are always put up against an opponent that always had the unit combi that has an edge against your selection. You shall then lose 10+ odd battles before you then win 1. It’s to frustrate you enough to make you spend. That’s how they run their business.

I hv replied on this. Its an EA thingy ok. I can proof that the game is tilted at certain games in accordance to your history and level. Objective is to frustrate you enough to encourage you to buy more diamonds. Get it !

You can try looking at some recorded game play in your alliance. You can easily see how some player, their money reload much faster and some super slow even at the beginning. So I can safely say that it’s determine from the start of the game who can win since it’s calculate to ensure a particular side will hv very high chance of winning. I am guessing...those who pay frequently should have less bias game settings.

Only if there was a better way to recruit people. I play everyday, and have an alliance, but have no way of growing it! Yea it would be nice to have a good active team to play with but the ability to build a good team sucks!
