Community AdminOn some laptops, the power-hungry graphics card can be disabled to allow better battery life. As Tiberian Sun doesn't exactly need a full modern rig, it might be worth setting it to a low power mode. Alternately, double checking that it's in high-power mode may also help. In some games, if you have card issues it will make it to the title and only fail when it's actively trying to render the game. Before this point it's playing videos and displaying menus, which don't have the same demand.
Ok I get what you mean now, I tried that and still does the same issue with the menu.
