Tier 5 Bundle has Disappear

Hello

I bought Tier 5 Bundle only 1 time, but it disappear from my promo tab.

so I can't purchase this bundle any more ☹️

I know that this bundle isn't time limited and can purchase 2 times

I want this issue fixed and purchase this bundle once more.

Which information do you need to fix this issue?

P.S

I know some people who can't purchase Tier 3 bundle after purchase Tier 2.

One of them has suffering since 1 month ago = after 1.2.4 update

Can you fix this issues too? (I can gather this guys information what u need to fix)

    I check the 2 accounts you've listed later today (or maybe on Monday) and let you know what I've found. Just to be clear, they've purchased the Tier 2 bundle, but never got the Tier 3 offer, right?

    Did you fully restart the game already? If that doesn't fix the issue, can you provide me with your Persona ID (found in Settings -> About) and the date and time when you purchased the bundle, I can have a look. Thank you!

    Yes, That's Right!

    They equally said, There are no Tier 3 Bundle offer in promo tab after purchased Tier 2.

    I'll tell this good news to them! I hope fix this issue soon.

    Hello, I inquired about unable to purchase Tier 3 bundle, 2 weeks ago.

    But there are no modification about this issue, even though there were some client updates.

    They has sufferd from this issue more than 1 month. Releasement of Tier 6 and 7 bundle without fixing there problem make them hurt.

    My pals wanna know : ①Is there any progress? ②When they can purchase Tier 3 and higer tier bundles?

    Hey @Blackhand_KO  thanks for following up again! Sorry to hear your friends still haven't been able to see the other promo offers. Can I ask if they have tried reinstalling the game on their device? Please make sure they have their account linked in some way either to Email, Facebook, Google Play Games or iOS Game Center before reinstalling. They will be able to relink their account again.

    Thank you @Blackhand_KO for following up and apologies this is still an issue. I'm going to pass this info along to the team but in the mean time, can I ask you to ask your friends to try one more thing and clear their cache for both Rivals and Google Play? That might trigger the offers to show again. Let me know if that works or not. Thanks!

    Hello @EA_Grasshopper , I told your ask to my friends and they tried it. 

    Unfortunately, There are NO Tier Bundle offer in promo tab after clearing cache of both Google Play Store and C&C Rivals.

    One of my friend said, he is willing to provide his account to fix it. (unless there are too much interruption for his playing)
