I tried all of the support options. whenever I try to download Red alert 3 it keeps giving me an error that I don't own the game despite me owning the game.
this might be relevant or even be the cause, in my library it only shows the base game even though I should have the dlc too from the command and conquer collection.
Dear readers, There is absolutely no point in using this forum to contact EA with requests or suggestions regarding game issues, malfunctions, or modifications.
When it came to C&C games, Westwood (the original creator of C&C) was the company with the right expertise and experience to handle bug fixes, improvements, and the like.
Now, EA is supposed to handle this.
But EA is made up of a bunch of idiots and incompetent programmers who do more harm than good.
Just look at the game *Rivals*; in terms of design, it’s a great game, but EA completely ruined it because their support team consists of bunglers. Someone who has played in the highest Tiberium league but has been inactive for a few months ends up back in the beginner league, facing players at levels 1 through 10. It’s ridiculous.
Then again, if you look at the USA under Trump, the country is full of idiots—specifically the people who voted for him. So, be smart and don't ask anything of EA; a monkey has more sense.
