3 years agoHi @jiffac I would recommend trying the steps listed on our help page: How to redeem your product and promo codes
If redeeming directly through the EA App does not accept the code, then check the packaging the code came with in case there is a different URL you need to go to in order to redeem the game.
If there is no additional location to redeem the code or you get a message the code is expired, then you will need to use the CD the game came to try and run Generals and Zero Hour on your new device.
