Hi guys, i'm playing on Asus Zenpad 3S 10, a tablet with a 6core 2.10ghz cpu and 4gb of ram, but the game runs terribly. It launches normally, but after few seconds it starts to slowing down until reach more or less 5 fps making the game completely unplayable and also the menus incredibily laggy. Beside this, i made the preregistration during the EA conference at E3 in june and until yesterday the store page said that the preregistration was corectly done, but when downloaded and installed received nothing. Can anyone help me?

Hi @ESGudjohnsen and thank you for reporting this. The pre-registration rewards are planned to go out later this week. As for the performance issue, can you try to close all unrequired background apps, clear cache and do a fresh install to see if that can improve the performance? Thanks!

For the pre-registration rewards i'll wait, thanks for let me know.For the performance issues, i closed all background apps (as i always done), i've cleared cache and performed a fresh install. Sadly nothing worked, after few seconds the situation collapse and the game runs awfully as always, making impossible to play or even navigate menus. What else can i do?Thanks!

The pre-registration rewards are planned to go out later this week.

As for the performance issue, can you try to close all unrequired background apps, clear cache and do a fresh install to see if that can improve the performance? Thanks!

Oh my, it was the most hilarious thing EVER xD 100! Diamonds, 1500 gold! And 1!!! Titan card! What a bundle it is! XD
You are so generous! Not even 0.5 of a card BUT A WHOLE CARD FOR PRE-REGISTRATION, OH MY!
Now players only need a couple thousands more of those and they get the max level! XD
Truly, let me comprehend it.
That Bundle has 100 gems in it (worth 1$), 1500 gold (worth 1$), 1 epic card that you can get for free via drop from the simple chest, so, I'd say it's worth 0.5$ at best.
So, you are gifting 2.5$ worth bundles to people who pre-registered!? Are you insane?! What if you go bunkrupt?! It is JUST TOO GENEROUS! XD
