What is wrong with C & C Tiberium Alliances
I cannot sign into my account anymore. I think I am on world 94. Please respond

I am a playing member of C&C TA for a couple of years now. I use to buy funds for this game, and have a good time playing this.
In this game a lot of things happend, bugs, connection hickups and more. Still i joined a new server, world 104 East coast USA, a couple of days back.
I had me buy some more funds for this world, and then i came online, the whole game was lousy.
The connection times where dramatic, if you pressed something it happend minutes later. This costed me some income in the game, because i did not see what happend straight away. I do not have real problems with this, but i have big time problems with the intel i get as paying member.
A whole list is came online, but world 104 or 103 is nowhere mentioned. They are really offline!! For more then 2 days now this goes on.
I would have expected as member of this game, that we will get intel, but its very much of nothing we hear.
SO my 2 questions are;
- When do we will get intel about coming back online of the servers?
- What do i get from this? Will my account be restarted? Do we get full rt and cp caps? do we get massive crates? Does the world world restart?
I really hope on an answer, intel is key!!
Perhaps you can even tell,
A lot of players who uses TA funding, had repairtime caps and combat points, or more packkages, this 2 days will they be compensated for? i paid for those 2 days.

ea at there best take the money and run just like they have done with every other game they aint gonna reward anyone if the do will be a measly 1000 ta funds which is a joke
3 days down no explination there a masive company if its the server use another u can use the money we have all spent on this game to buy another
the fat cats in ea need a wakeup call people enjoy games its not your chose to close servers just becuase you have stopped making money from it
When trying to log into world 99, it immediately sends an error screen "You have been logged off" and the only option is to return to the Home Page. Also, other worlds are behaving poorly:
World 86 - some disruption due to script errors when trying to retrieve packages
World 88 - some disruption due to script errors when trying to retrieve packages - when attacking a forgotten base, I get the GDI logo screen and system freezes.
World 94 - - some disruption due to script errors when trying to retrieve packages - when attacking a forgotten base, I get the GDI logo screen and system freezes.
This has been going on for more than two days now ... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A GAME THAT WE PAY GOOD MONEY TO PLAY!

PS: you guys owe me 50,000 TA Funds for the aggravation and inconvenience this "error" has caused. I expect to see a response and TA Funds credited to my account immediately.
