I know many will disagree, but i find nod to be very op at the moment. I know there are players who are better with gdi than nod such as alicia. But on average masters and above players win more as nod. I find it much easier to win as nod. Anyway. So far all i wrote is subjective so lets talk about something objective.Does anyone know know why nod got 2 new units in a row, i.e. cyberwheel and centurion? What about gdi?The gdi drone swarm got completely shafted in the latest update. It costs 20 and barely kills any infantry and still loses against rocket/laser troops. While the nod laser drone is still 20 and can kill harvestors. Seems very unfair to me. The gdi swarm barely saw any play as it was before, and its only advantage was to buy time by spamming. Now even that option is gone.Originally gdi was to have the armor advantage while nod had the speed advantage. Thats why gdi had heavy toys like the mammoth while nod got cool toys like stealth tank. But with new updates, nod is getting units to match gdi armor, but still retains the speed advantage? Centurion being cheaper, now beats the titan. Avatar is overall better than mammoth for the same price because it kills bases quicker.

Sure, no air attack, but you have talons (30) with the same air attack as a banshee (60). So if you build 2 talons, you take down a banshee and don't lose a single unit.Scarabs (30) get destroyed by snipers (50) and mg teams (30)I can keep going too. But I'll stop there. At the end of the day, pound for pound, GDI is better, and this is a fact. NOD has some gimmicks like stealth tanks and tick tanks that are meh at best while almost every gdi unit found in the barracks/warfactory/helipad are all very solid choices.However, just because GDI can usually take the solo win doesn't mean you should play them like that. speed wins the game because reposition is easy counter. gdi cant counter infantery in a good way so its easy to abuse that together with superior speed u just destroy GDi... only chance GDi got is win by lvl advantage or being lucky that nod isnt running a decent lineup

Gotta say, if you are losing to infantry, you are doing something terribly wrong. GDI has just as many answers to infantry as NOD does.But let me break it down for you how badly NOD has it. Equal levels, alright?Scorpion tank (60 tib) needs to shoot predator tank 5 times to kill it.Predator tank (60 tib) needs to shoot scorpion tank 3 times to kill it.This means that the predator tank survives with enough HP to leave the SECOND scorpion tank as a 1 shot for the second predator tank. Make this trade enough times and there is no coming back.

Is that so? Ok lets do a quick count in tib league in cnc tv.In tib league in cnc tv at the moment, i count a total of 20 gdi players, out of which, only 5 have the pred in their deck. Thats 25%.Conversely, I count a total of 40 nod players, out of which 24 players have the scorp in their deck. Thats 60%.Now you do the math about which one players find more useful. Oh wait I already did the math for you.Btw, it is quite telling that there are only 20 gdi players in tib league cnc tv, while at the same time there are 40 nod players in tib league. This is indicative of which faction has more players in tib league. I rest my case.

Yeah, but then they bring their rocket troops against your tank and soon the Predator doesn't look so healthy anymore. ;-)

predators beat rocket troops. Predators beat jump jet troopers. I mean, if you wanna be fancy and keep the paint, then feel free to run away and bring in some anti-infantry but right now, just bring more tanks. It's pretty silly.

And before someone goes and sits a pred beside a laser troop and it dies and the call me a liar, tanks have raider. This means you shoot the rocket troops as they try to chase you around the map. You do constant dps, they hit you every now and then. You will clean them up without issue. Stack enough tanks together and these issues get less and less.

Well, you are right about the raider thing. You don't always have the room or the possibility to maneuver your tank around all the time though. Especially not when it's on a pad that you need to hold for the missile to launch.

sit and tank the lasers on their pad when the missile goes critical. You can weather the storm for well more than you need to. NOD? Not really. And that is the strength of GDI.

It's clear they hate GDI. Now NOD has that ridiculous flaming giant and that trooper with a shield. What does GDI get? A machine gun squad that's easy to kill?

that the predator tank is supirior to anything earliegame is the biggest nonsense i ever heared (:
also never lost to it and i run no tank counter lineup at all ever. its just to slow and clumbsy and on top its a huge investment for such a low threat... btw i play in master so if it would be powerfull i would see it all day i guess but i only meet predators very rarely
