Will Red Alert 3 become Backwards Compatible?

If any EA developers see this, I would be profusely thankful for an updated answer to August 2018.

Is there anyway to petition for the inclusion of a much needed, adored strategy game for myself and suchlike fans of strategy games. Currently, only Supreme Commander 2 and R.U.S.E are avaliable; while they're fantastic games, the inclusion of Red Alert 3 would be a welcomed change to the transient and overly lacklustre focus towards strategy games.
