world relocation
WORLD: Tiberian 35
ACTION: World, Relocate Player
ISSUE: Recovery time after move was not 12 hours as stated on the relocation screen, it was the time for a 20 space move (At has always been 12 Hours for a world relocation)
You need to fix this problem.

In 19.3 we introduced some changes that makes Move Cooldowns stack with Relocation Cooldowns to prevent players from exploiting players from overwriting their move cooldown with a shorter 12 cooldown.
This might be the reason of your predicament.
