I hope you're doing well, upon reviewing your case, I've gathered that you have contacted us in regarding unable to purchase an Item because it get refreshed from the shop. I can understand that must be very upsetting for you. Do not worry I will help you in all possible ways.
Jas, let me explain that it is an in-game mechanism and we don't have control over it. Believe me if that would have been possible from my end I would have gone ahead and done that for you in the very first place.
However, I would suggest you to wait maybe it get back to the shop.
I hope you can understand this.

@braines1 I think you got a reply from the person I reached out to. As long as you follow their steps, they should be able to sort you out! Hope you get them soon!

My case has a lock on it and I cannot respond or add the responses needed.
Simply: I purchased the Daily cards level 3 (It was normally 3000c but a software upgrade lowered it to 1600c) Even though it showed 1600c, the game charged me 3000c.

Wow. Now my case says RESOLVED. Unbelievable how poor customer service is.
The note said I had to open a new case. I did and expect the poor service to continue.

Yeah, seems they really dont care. Tell you stuff to get you to forget or go away, and you never recieve a fix. I know what happened to other games I used to play that did the same things... it got to be where it was no longer fun, and I quit playing and found a similar fun game, and uninstalled the sucky one. I hope this one is different, but if they keep cheating you out of your stuff, then it dont seem like it. I think I have 3 or 4 bug reports filed right now, and haven't had one of them resolved yet. I just got another after the last update... smh...really... how much more do we have to endure until they get things fixed or at least compensate for the stuff lost...smh...
