I picked up my preorder from Gamestop today. I opened up the case and inside the manual was crumpled up, and there's no online pass. I asked a buddy and she said that there should have been one attached to the manual, but this is not the case for me. I'd really like not having to pay for the pass that should have been included in my game. Thank you.

Actually, the Online Pass comes on a seperate slip of paper from the manual, which should not be crumpled.
Was the game sealed when you picked it up from Gamestop?
Did you ask them about it?
Are you missing your pre-order code as well? (It should be on your receipt.)
I definitely want to make sure you get taken care of as soon as possible.

EA StaffThat's odd. I would first recommend contacting GameStop for an exchange.
You will need your receipt/proof of purchase and advise them that the product they sold you was incomplete and you'd like an exchange for a sealed copy. When you get the copy, open it in the store to verify the Online Pass is included.
If they refuse, please add a comment on your case at the EA Help Center with a picture of your game case and receipt. You can do this by going to http://help.ea.com and login. Check under My Cases for case 07606408.

They won't refuse a replacement as all retailers know there is not a 100% perfect batch of games these days. I sold a copy on PC to a customer, he called me just after I closed my shop and said his CD key had already been used when he tried to activate it.
