Cannot run in virtual environment?

I continue to get an error every time I try to launch Dead Space 3 on my Surface Pro 9, It says something that the game cannot run in a virtual environment or something, has EA found a fix to this yet or is it still unresolved?

    @OsamaBinCosby

    This is a compatibility issue rather than a technical problem that needs to be solved.

    MS Surface devices generally do not meet the minimum requirements to play.

    Windows minimum requirements

    • OS: 64-bit Windows 10
    • Processor (AMD): Ryzen 5 2600x or Equivalent
    • Processor (Intel): Core i5 8600 or Equivalent
    • Memory: 16 GB
    • Graphics card (AMD): RX 5700 or Equivalent
    • Graphics card (NVIDIA): GTX 1070 or Equivalent
    • DirectX: 12 Compatible video card or equivalent
    • Online Connection Requirements: 320 KBPS or faster Internet connection
    • Hard-drive space: 50GB SATA SSD

    Thanks.

  • It sounds frustrating! For gaming on your Surface Pro 9, consider trying some fun Io Games while waiting for EA's fix for Dead Space 3. These games are lightweight and can keep you entertained until the issue is resolved.
