Can't "Locate the Source of the Broadcast" at Chapter 5

Hello!

I've encountered a bug not being able to advance forward in Chapter 5 at the "Locate the Source of the Broadcast" step. The game was playing an audio clip, then abruptly stopped, and the game won't open the door to the next area. Relaunching the game doesn't trigger the audio clip again either nor advance the game forward to open the next door. Other players on Reddit - https://www.reddit.com/r/DeadSpace/comments/10mxobl/in_dead_space_did_anyone_else_get_stuck_in_a_cut/ - also report the same issue.

Edit: I've also tried moving from the Medical deck to another part of the Ishimura and back without success.

Edit 2: I choose to restart my Impossible playthrough. The next time I got to this area, I let all dialog finish before leaving the Tram, and the "Locate the Source of the Broadcast" step advanced properly after walking past the door into Medical.
