Can't operate with controller
I can't control my Xbox or PS5 controller, is this a bug? I am purchasing from the EA app
Moving the right stick left and right also moves the viewpoint up and down. Even if you move it up and down, it will move up and down.
Even if you press the BXY button, it will react as a cross key for weapon change.
Hi @riganaerui We had a recent update, I wanted to check if this issue is still happening?
If so can we try the following?
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Repair Games (Go to My Collection > Select the tile Dots > Repair)
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
