Chapter 10 cutscene softlock

I did the chapter 2 to chapter 10 exploit to unlock all tram stations early because I wanted to make my Impossible run a breeze. I grabbed the crew quarters key early and they had fixed that bug. So I went through Chapter 2-9 and when I got to 10 and went down the elevator to where the Mercer killing Jacob cutscene is supposed to start, I was greeted to an empty room with the image posted above. So I tried to go far away on the map, save, then completely restart my game but that didn’t work. So I thought if I progressed a bit and broke the first bulb in the standard quarters then it would fix, but it did not. So I tried for 45 minutes to glitch my way through the wall or through the broken glass hole towards the mess hall door and nothing worked. So I was going to go back to another area to try and unload it all again, but instead found just unloaded Ishimura right outside of Crew Quarters. Don’t know if anyone else has experienced this or if I’m special.
