Chapter 11 Hanger Bay Broken

So I have ran into a game breaking bug. It starts when you enter the (Hanger Bay) in (Chapter 11). When you go down the elevator you a greeted by an enemy. The enemy disappeared after being killed as do the other enemies in the room after they die. When using (force pull) on any item in the room it disappears into the abyss. So I walk around trying to open lockers and pick up items and they fall through the map and get glitched to where they are unretrievable in the area. That's also is frustrating because there is a master override box with a weapon upgrade that you cannot obtain. Also you were able to get stuck in the Master override container along with the lockers. I did all the normal routines of trying to fix this. Restarting my console, restarting my game, full shutdown of my console, reloading a different save, reloading the same save nothing has yet to fix this. Please help so I can continue to play this awesome game thanks. P.S. I have a video available and I've tried shrinking it three times and cutting it in half but it says that the file size it's too large to upload any of them.
