Chapter 5, unable to unlock chapter 6 and hydroponics.

Hi,

I have a game breaking bug where I cannot progress to chapter 6.

I picked up the liquid nitrogen capsule & killed the hunter, Kendra’s message played but nothing after this. I went & did the side quest & scanned the dna & then found the icu recording & even after this chapter 6 doesn’t load. I am stuck with the Nitrogen capsule in my key inventory items &  hydroponics is still inaccessible.

I’ve tried restarting, reloading to multiple saves & even tried visiting all open tram stops nothing works. I tried going back Cryo room following the blue map line but no canister as it’s already in my key items. How can I keep playing this game I just spent $115 on?
