Chapter 9 unable to complete after escaping USM Valor

I've escaped the USM Valor 3 times from a previous save, however when I finish the conversation with Daniels and she tells me to go to the Crew Deck,  my game doesn't pop with the "Chapter 9 complete...

Are you using an internal or external drive?
Are you using an HDD or SSD?
Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

I'm having the same issue discussed here. PS5, disc version. I've checked YouTube clips, and the chapter complete message/chapter 10 begins message didn't come up when they were supposed to. I've attached a screenshot of what the mission log looks like.

Any help would be appreciated, as I've been running around the ship so much that my autosaves don't go back far enough to re-do the end of the Valor mission ☹️
