Chapter 9 unable to complete after escaping USM Valor

I've escaped the USM Valor 3 times from a previous save, however when I finish the conversation with Daniels and she tells me to go to the Crew Deck,  my game doesn't pop with the "Chapter 9 complete...

I’m having the same issues as well. Some visibility on how this will be getting fixed would be great.
