Chapter 9 unable to complete after escaping USM Valor

I've escaped the USM Valor 3 times from a previous save, however when I finish the conversation with Daniels and she tells me to go to the Crew Deck, my game doesn't pop with the "Chapter 9 complete...

After chapter 9 in dead space, there is no current objective. I can't really reload an old save due to this being my impossible run. I could really use some help!

Here is a fox that worked for me.. I restored a previous chapter and restarted then the chapter 10 mission appeared after I completed 9 again
